INTERIOR CONCEPT

CONCEPT DESIGN

A flagship patisserie conceptualization which transforms a small, conducive space to a limitless - grab and go bakery shop in Abu Dhabi.

It applies necessary design guidelines to make space appear larger such light walls, high ceiling approach are made.

Minimal

Patisserie

”

"

Clean color selection, natural materials, and fresh foliage counteract the tightness of the space.

"

FRESH WHITE CANOPIES. (ABOVE & BELOW)

Fresh white umbrellas with thin rod support, almost they are hanging in the sun like clouds. This is a good treatment approach for sun shade while keeping the mood soft and cozy.

GO ANTIQUE WOOD. (ABOVE)

Using textured antique wood will break the traditional laminated look and gives more character and homey feeling to space.

"

The rustic wood raised flooring contrast the monotony of the existing exterior pavement

"

HARD SIMPLICITY. (ABOVE)

Minimal dark gray facade with chrome features e.g signage and ironmongeries creates a muted elegant perspective.

GO BARE. (ABOVE)

Using cement finish on the floor makes it durable and low maintenance in the long run. It also compliments the existing approach of modern industrial.

OLD AND NEW. (ABOVE)

Given that it’s “busy” as its a commercial space, but nothing is either too sterile looking or precious. A curated booth seating area with industrial-inspired table provides the space feel like old fashioned and homey.

MAKE A SPLASH . (ABOVE)

For a crisp, modern look, nothing beats a white subway tile walling. The one was installed in straight, slightly offset lines that accentuate the limited width of the shop.

NOWHERE TO HIDE. (BELOW)

With every bread that is displayed in plain sight, this cafe shows off its treasure (signature bread) while making it easier to sort through the eclectic feast in the eye.

THE LIGHTER SIDE. (ABOVE RIGHT)

Adding bookmarked Carrara marble in a seamless counter makes it timeless.

"

Architecture should speak of its time and place but yearn for timelessness.

WE DO BELIEVE THAT SIMPLICITY IS THE ULTIMATE SOPHISTICATION.

MODERN YET CLASSY.
